In the third edition of the Responsible City Lunch Lecture, Prof Dr. Thierry Theurillat (Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale) discusses property development in Switzerland: By analysing urban production not only in terms of financialization in larger cities, but also in terms of the mobility of people as well as potential drivers of regional development, this presentation contributes to a refined understanding of housing and real estate dynamics in Switzerland.
