Abstract
Ahead of the national referendum on capping the resident population at ten million, due to take place in June, Hanna Hilbrandt spoke to the weekly newspaper "WOZ" about how this issue is being discursively linked to the housing crisis. In the interview, she discusses perceptions of density, the framing of the housing crisis as a migration issue, and what the notion of a ‘Responsible City’ implies.
