This first edition of the Responsible City Lunch Lecture addresses theories of responsibility in detail. Dr Joe Hover (Queen Mary University of London) will present his research, reflecting on shifts from a liberal to a democratic form of Moral Agency in cities and making the connection to urban justice movements.
